Agricultural Land Circle Rates in Delhi

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has recently approved the hike in circle rates in Delhi for agricultural land. The revenue department shared the proposal to hike the circle rates for land near Yamuna Barrage.

For agricultural land, the district fee was a flat rate of Rs 5.3 million per acre of land. However, the fee may be increased in some places. Currently, agricultural land has been categorized as green belt settlements, urbanized settlements, rural settlements etc.
